Our Privacy Commitment
At Team of Monkeys, your privacy is extremely important to us. We do not intend to retain, sell, or share any of your personal information. We do not send marketing materials or promotional messages. Ever.
How We Monetize
We primarily monetize through targeted niche markets with affiliate deals that provide good value to users. Some of our apps also offer optional partnerships with third-party SDK providers: currently Bright SDK (web indexing) and Honeygain SDK, each under that partner’s own terms. See Our Partners Bright SDK and Our Partners Honeygain SDK below. This model helps fund development while keeping affiliate ads non-intrusive.
Information We Collect
We do not intentionally collect personal information. Any technical data used for connectivity or function is temporary and deleted after use. The only email addresses we may possess are those belonging to individuals who contact us directly, for example, through customer support or technical inquiries.
Our Partners Bright SDK
For some of our LG apps, Bright SDK provides optional web indexing. In return for premium features in Romantic Candle and other Team of Monkeys apps, you may choose to participate as a peer on the Bright Data network. Bright SDK is a separate provider; if you enable web indexing, you do so under Bright’s agreements, not only this policy.
By enabling web indexing, you confirm that you have read and accept Bright’s legal documents, including updated versions Bright may publish from time to time:
Web indexing runs in the background and is designed to use minimal bandwidth. It does not access your private personal information; it supports technical indexing tasks for Bright’s research partners. You may opt out at any time by opening the main menu on your LG remote (circular “Select” button), choosing Settings, and toggling web indexing off. Once disabled, the app may be limited (for example, a single candle view in Romantic Candle) until you re-enable web indexing to unlock full features again.
We do not control Bright’s network or indexing operations. For questions about Bright SDK itself, refer to Bright’s EULA and Privacy Policy or contact Bright support.
Our Partners Honeygain SDK
Some Team of Monkeys applications may offer the optional Honeygain SDK as a way to support development or receive in-app benefits, as described in each Partner Application. Honeygain is a separate company; if you choose to enable the SDK, you install and use it under Honeygain’s agreements, not only this policy.
By enabling the Honeygain SDK, you confirm that you have read and accept Honeygain’s legal documents, including updated versions Honeygain may publish from time to time:
Those documents describe, among other things, how the SDK relates to shared device connectivity and internet traffic, permitted use cases, eligibility limits, liability caps, governing law (England and Wales), and how you may terminate (for example by not enabling the SDK, using in-app controls where available, or removing the Partner Application from your device). Honeygain notes that use may affect bandwidth or service-provider charges, may be restricted by your ISP or mobile terms, and may in some cases interact with ads, captchas, or streaming access as described in their Terms of Service.
We do not control Honeygain’s network or client activity. For questions about the SDK itself, refer to Honeygain’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy or contact Honeygain support.
Data Retention
We delete all personal information as soon as it is no longer required. We have no need to retain such data for the operation of our products or services.
