When enterprise pricing makes sense
Rayobyte's self-serve prices are fine for testing and moderate volumes. Once you're spending a few hundred dollars a month on one product, or you need guarantees about capacity and support, enterprise plans are worth a conversation. Rayobyte says its customers range from startups to some of the very largest companies, and its published enterprise floors are well below list prices. Our enterprise proxy providers guide covers the market more broadly.
Published enterprise starting points
At the time of writing, Rayobyte lists these enterprise floors:
| Product | Self-serve list price | Enterprise from |
|---|---|---|
| Premium Residential | $3.50 to $0.70 per GB | $0.50 per GB |
| Static ISP | $5.00 to $4.60 per IP | $0.95 per IP |
| Static datacenter | Per country | $0.85 per IP |
| Semi-dedicated | $1.00 to $0.75 per IP | $0.50 per IP |
| Scale Residential | Down to $0.0095 per GB | Custom |
| Rotating ISP and datacenter | Monthly plans to $5,000 | Custom |
| Mobile | Down to $0.95 per GB | Custom |
| Scraping API | $0.0018 per request | From $0.00004 per request |
| Web Unblocker | Down to $2.50 per GB | Custom above 1,000 GB |
The jump on static ISP, from $4.60 to $0.95, shows how much room there is for committed volume.
What else changes
- Concurrency. Monthly plans allow one concurrent request per dollar; enterprise plans can raise that. See concurrency and threads.
- Support. Expect a named account manager and direct engineering contact.
- SLA. Rayobyte links a general SLA from its site; enterprise customers can negotiate terms. See proxy provider support and SLAs.
- Custom pools. Mobile carriers in other countries, extra ISP locations or dedicated subnets may be possible.
- Compliance. Expect a review of your use case, especially for Scale Residential.
Residential tip: Before scaling, run a short pilot with Rayobyte on your real targets and record success rate, latency and GB per result. Our Rayobyte Scale Residential proxies explains which Rayobyte product fits which job.
Preparing for the sales call
Bring numbers, not guesses:
- Monthly volume per product: GB for rotating products, IP counts for static, requests for the API.
- Peak concurrency and when it happens.
- Target list or sample URLs. Scraping API volume pricing is quoted from a URL sample.
- Locations you need, down to city or ZIP if relevant.
- Success rate and latency requirements, with current figures from your test.
- Contract length you're willing to sign.
Run a proper trial first. Our testing Rayobyte proxies guide shows how to collect these numbers.
What to negotiate
- Price per unit at your committed volume, with a lower rate for overage than list.
- Rollover or flexibility on unused bandwidth.
- Concurrency limits that match your peak.
- Trial extension on your hardest targets before signing.
- SLA credits tied to uptime and success rate.
- Exit terms, such as notice periods and data you can take with you.
Proxy tip: If your residential usage goes up and down, compare Geonode: its per-GB residential bandwidth doesn't expire, so you only pay for what you use. See Rayobyte vs Geonode.
Avoiding lock-in
Even with a great contract, keep a second provider warm. If one network has a bad week on a key target, being able to shift traffic protects your business. Many teams keep Geonode or Webshare alongside Rayobyte for exactly this reason. See Rayobyte vs Geonode for enterprise scale, Rayobyte vs Webshare for enterprise scale and all three at enterprise scale.
Rayobyte, Geonode and Webshare are three options among many. Our best proxies in 2026 guide explains how to match a proxy type to each task, and cheap proxies that work shows where budget providers fit.
Budget tip: If you want a cheap proxy to try this with, Webshare has a free plan with 10 datacenter proxies and 1 GB of bandwidth a month, no card required. Paid lists let you pick proxy count, bandwidth and location. See Rayobyte vs Webshare.
Key takeaways
- Enterprise floors are far below list: residential from $0.50 per GB, static ISP from $0.95 per IP.
- Enterprise plans can also raise concurrency and add SLAs and named support.
- Bring real volume, concurrency, location and success-rate numbers to the call.
- Keep a second provider for resilience.
FAQ
How much do I need to spend for enterprise pricing?
Rayobyte doesn't publish a threshold. If your monthly spend on a product is in the hundreds of dollars or more, it's worth asking.
Do enterprise plans need a contract?
Usually there's a commitment, which is how the lower rates are justified. Terms vary.
Can I get enterprise pricing on the Scraping API?
Yes. Volume pricing above 500,000 requests a month starts from $0.00004 per request and is quoted from your URLs.
Editorial note: Proxy providers change their pools, features and prices often, so treat any figures here as typical ranges at the time of writing and confirm current terms with the provider before you buy.
