Rayobyte Pricing Explained illustration showing Budget connecting through Rayobyte to Plans, covering per gb, per ip, per request 3jdej38j4

How Rayobyte charges

Rayobyte uses three billing models, and which one applies depends on the product:

  • Per GB for rotating products: Premium Residential, Scale Residential, rotating ISP, rotating datacenter, mobile and the Web Unblocker.
  • Per IP per month for static products: static ISP, static datacenter and semi-dedicated proxies, all with unmetered bandwidth under a fair usage policy.
  • Per successful request for the Scraping API.

All prices below are list prices at the time of writing (October 2026). They change often, so confirm them on the pricing page before you buy.

Residential pricing

Premium Residential is pay as you go, and the per-GB rate falls as you buy more at once:

Amount purchasedPrice per GB
1 to 49 GB$3.50
50 to 249 GB$2.00
250 to 999 GB$1.50
1,000 to 4,999 GB$0.70
EnterpriseFrom $0.50

The tier jumps are steep. Buying 50 GB at once costs $100, while buying 49 GB costs $171.50, so if you're near a threshold it's often cheaper to buy the larger amount. See Premium Residential proxies for features.

Scale Residential is a different product for verified businesses: $100 a month buys 6,600 GB ($0.015 per GB), and the rate falls to $0.0095 per GB on the $5,000 plan. There's no geo-targeting, and concurrency is capped at one request per dollar of plan. See Scale Residential.

ISP pricing

ProductPrice
Static ISP, 5 to 99 IPs$5.00 per IP per month
Static ISP, 100 to 999 IPs$4.80 per IP per month
Static ISP, 1,000 to 4,999 IPs$4.60 per IP per month
Static ISP, enterpriseFrom $0.95 per IP per month
Rotating ISP, pay as you go$3.75 per GB (1 to 15 GB) down to $2.50 (501 to 1,000 GB)
Rotating ISP, monthlyFrom $100 for 7,100 GB

Static ISP bandwidth is unmetered under fair use. See static ISP proxies and rotating ISP proxies.

Datacenter pricing

  • Static datacenter: priced by country across 29 countries, from 5 IPs, with 15% off at 100 IPs and 25% off at 1,000. Prepaying 3, 6 or 12 months adds 5%, 10% or 15% off. Reviews have quoted around $2.50 per IP per month for US dedicated IPs. See static datacenter proxies.
  • Semi-dedicated: $1 per IP in the US and Canada for 5 to 99 IPs, $0.85 from 100 and $0.75 from 1,000. Nine other countries start at $1.20. See semi-dedicated proxies.
  • Rotating datacenter: $0.30 per GB for 3 to 50 GB (3 GB minimum), falling to $0.23 at 351 to 1,000 GB. See rotating datacenter proxies.

Residential tip: You can test most of this guide for free: Rayobyte offers a no-card trial on Premium Residential, rotating ISP and rotating datacenter proxies. Move to a paid plan once the pilot works. See our complete Rayobyte guide.

Mobile pricing

Mobile proxies are sold on monthly plans: $250 for 83 GB ($3 per GB), $1,000 for 571 GB ($1.75) and $2,500 for 2,632 GB ($0.95). Mobile bandwidth expires after 30 days, so size the plan to one month of real use. See Rayobyte mobile proxies.

Scraping tools

  • Scraping API: $0.0018 per successful request self-serve, up to 500,000 requests a month, with 5,000 free requests to start. Volume pricing is quoted from a sample of your URLs. See the Scraping API.
  • Web Unblocker: $6 per GB of successful traffic up to 10 GB, falling to $2.50 per GB at 501 to 1,000 GB. See the Web Unblocker.
  • rayobrowse: 48 free browser hours in total, up to 5 browsers at a time. See rayobrowse.

Billing details to check

  • Expiry. Mobile plan bandwidth expires after 30 days. The pricing page doesn't state an expiry for pay-as-you-go residential traffic, and earlier reviews described it as non-expiring, so confirm before buying a large block.
  • Concurrency. Scale Residential and monthly rotating plans allow one concurrent request per dollar of plan. See concurrency and threads.
  • Trials. Self-serve rotating products have a free trial with no card; static ISP and mobile tests go through sales. See the free trial.
  • Enterprise. Large commitments unlock rates well below list. See enterprise plans.

Proxy tip: For a second opinion on hard targets, run the same test through Geonode residential proxies, which support sticky sessions up to 24 hours and ASN targeting. We compare the two in Rayobyte vs Geonode.

How Rayobyte compares on price

At small residential volumes, Geonode's pay-as-you-go rate is lower; from 1 TB, Rayobyte's $0.70 per GB is competitive. For static IPs, Webshare is usually cheaper per IP. We run the numbers in Rayobyte vs Geonode pricing, Rayobyte vs Webshare pricing and all three compared. Our general proxy pricing guide explains how to compare per-GB and per-IP offers fairly.

If you're still shortlisting, compare these options with the wider market in our best proxies guide, and use our cheap proxies guide to estimate a sensible budget.

Budget tip: For jobs where a fixed IP list is enough, Webshare is one of the cheapest options: shared datacenter proxies are sold by the IP, and static residential (ISP) proxies cost well under a dollar per IP per month at the time of writing. More in Webshare pricing explained.

Key takeaways

  • Rotating products are billed per GB, static products per IP with unmetered bandwidth, and the Scraping API per successful request.
  • Premium Residential tiers fall from $3.50 to $0.70 per GB, so buy at the threshold when you're close to one.
  • Rotating datacenter at $0.30 per GB is one of the cheapest ways to move volume on lenient targets.
  • Check expiry and concurrency rules before committing to a large plan.

FAQ

What is the cheapest Rayobyte product?

Per GB, rotating datacenter traffic at about $0.30 (and less on monthly plans). Per IP, semi-dedicated datacenter proxies from $1 a month, or less at volume.

Does Rayobyte charge for failed requests?

The Scraping API charges per successful request and the Web Unblocker per GB of successful traffic. Proxy products are billed on the bandwidth or IPs you use, whether or not the target blocks you, which is why testing matters.

Can I get a discount?

Yes. Volume tiers apply automatically, static datacenter prepayments add up to 15% off, and enterprise plans are negotiated with sales.
